Delivery charge depends on 2 factors: the amount spent and the postcode of the delivery address. A comprehensive list of delivery charges is available bellow:

Wood Empire delivery team will specify 3 hour delivery slots on a particular day between Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Wood Empire cannot guarantee availability for Saturday deliveries, however, we shall do our best to deliver on a day convenient for you. Calls 30 minutes prior to delivery available on request. Wood Empire team will deliver as well as assemble the furniture. All packaging will be disposed off. Your home will be respected and left as tidy and clean as found.
If you would rather collect the products yourself, and save on delivery costs, you are welcome to do so from our Battersea Store at 557-561 Battersea Park Road, London SW11 3BL between Monday & Saturday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm or Sunday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
When your products are ready at our warehouse, we will call you to let you know. We will then require a 2 days notice to bring your products to the store. If you fail to collect the products on the scheduled day, the products will be sent back to the warehouse and you will need to give us another 2 days notice to re-deliver the products to the store.
We must also advise you that most of the products are heavy and impossible for 1 person to carry. You must make sure you have an extra pair of hands available since our Customer Service Team will not help you lift and carry the products into your vehicle. You must also inspect the products and make sure they are of acceptable quality while in the store. No claims will be accepted for impact damages if you collected the products yourself.
If you cannot collect the products yourself, and do not want our standard delivery, we can offer a simple courier service. Just call our Customer Service Team on 020 7738 0808 during our working hours and ask for a price by quoting the product code and your delivery post code.
The courier delivers Monday to Friday between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. It does not specify the exact time slot and no calls prior to delivery are available with this option. The products delivered are not assembled and no packaging is disposed off. Wood Empire takes no responsibility for the courier actually carrying the product into your house and/or damaging anything within your property. Wood Empire, however, insures the products you purchased and if the items get damaged during the delivery, it is customer's responsibility to inform Wood Empire in writing immediately after accepting the delivery. The damaged products will be collected and a replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible at no extra cost.
