Hardwood tongue and groove back and sides adds design detail. The filing cabinet features two large drawers designed to hold British Standard `Foolscap` files. The internal dimensions of the drawers are H27.5 x W31 x D42cm, and the distance between the two metal file rails is 40cm. Drawers are fitted with sturdy runners which ensure a smooth action. Filing cabinet is the same height as desks from the same range, so that they can positioned next to each other to create extra desktop space. No veneers, only solid hardwood is used throughout. The drawers are constructed using dovetail joints. A seven-step painting process ensures a crisp and fresh, yet resilient finish.
